Burgos Studio ("we," "I," "us") is a one-person design and marketing studio. This page explains what information we collect when you use this website and how we handle it. Plain English, no surprises.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form on this site — typically your name, email address, business name, and a description of the project you're interested in. We don't ask for sensitive information, and we don't track you with invasive profiling.
How we use it
We use the information you submit for one purpose: to reply to your inquiry and, if you'd like, to discuss and deliver work for you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
Who handles it
- Form delivery: our contact form is processed by Formspree, which receives your submission and forwards it to our inbox. Your message passes through and is stored by their service so we can read and respond to it.
- Analytics (if enabled): we may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand, in aggregate, how people find and use the site. This does not identify you personally.
How long we keep it
We keep your inquiry only as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, to keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the information you've sent us, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just reach out through our contact page and we'll take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
